A. Introduction

The general conditions of sales set out below shall apply to all orders placed with to PERFUME BV and to all items and services offered on jessie-lecomte.shopify.com Website.
The present general terms of sale will systematically be available for you to read whenever you place an order. Consequently, the fact of placing an order entails your full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
B. Use of Website
By accessing this website and/or application you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by these terms and PERFUME BV.
By registering on the Website, you agree that all the information you provide is true, accurate and not misleading and all respects that you undertake to notify our customer service team of any changes related to that information.
This Website has no links to other or ressources (Linked Websites), except the Facebook and Instagram official accounts. PERFUME BV has no control over the selling or using of products from Jessie Lecomte’s brand, on others Websites.
PERFUME BV will not be responsible for any damage, offence or loss caused by or connected to the use or reliance on an other Website or the content thereon.
PERFUME BV aims to display correct information, descriptions, images and pricing on the Webshop. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitors display of any color would be accurate. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information.
If you have been charged the wrong amount in the Webshop, you will be given the option of placing a new order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
PERFUME BV can not be held liable for any errors resulting from their activities.
PERFUME BV cannot be held liable for any damage caused by using the Webshop or not being able to use the Webshop. PERFUME BV cannot guarantee problem-free, and secure access to the Webshop at all times.

By using this site, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependance to proceed an order on this website.
C. Privacy policy
We guarantee that the personnal informations you provide to the Webshop will be kept confidential. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when necessary.
For security reasons, PERFUME BV does not store any payment information in their database.

D. Trademarks
Our trademarks include the Jessie Lecomte brand, name and logo. These trademarks are registered worldwide and your use of access to this Webshop does not grant you any rights to use or reproduce these trademarks.
Any user who wants to post a simple, direct link from the jessie-lecomte.shopify.com Webshop on their Website, for personal uses, must necessarily request the authorization to do so from PERFUME BV. In all cases, any link, even if tacitly approved, must be removed on PERFUME BV’s request.
Reproduction of any content from the Webshop is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
E. Orders policy
PERFUME BV reserves the right to limit the quantity of items per customer. PERFUME BV reserves the right to refuse any order from a client for any reason.
F. Pricing
All prices on this Webshop are stated in euro and include shipping taxes.
PERFUME BV may vary the price of items listed on this Webshop at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to items and respect of which you have been sent a dispatch confirmation.
Please note that in some countries additional duties, taxes, fees or similar charges may be payable to your national and local taxe authorities on receipt of your delivery or in connection with your order, including without limitation, sales, use, excise, import, or similar taxes or duties. You will be sole responsible for payment of any such duties, fees, and taxes. Please note that PERFUME BV has no control over these charges and can not predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the items are destined. PERFUME BV will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
H. Payment methods
All transactions are processed through Bancontact (Mollie), a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Your banking information is encrypted using the Secure Locket Layer (SLL) technology. We accept credit cards VISA, MasterCard.
Your card is debited once you place the order.
I. Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched by privates carriers.
All orders accepted before 3pm GMT will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Shipping process take longer during special times (Christmas, sales, …), it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Items will be delivered within 7-14 days.
Orders are not processed or delivered during weekends and national holiday. Every order placed on Friday after 3pm GMT, or on week-ends and national holiday will be processed on the following working day.
PERFUME BV can’t be held responsible for delay due to partial or full strikes, internal or external to the company, transport or supply-chain blocks, government or legal restriction, Force Majeure.
Deliveries are made against signature.
J. Return and refund policy
If something doesn’t fit it can be returned to PERFUME BV for return or refund. Purchase items can be returned within 14 days. Returns are only processed upon receipt of returned items. Returns are shipped to your charge.
Items must be returned to PERFUME BV in perfect condition, exactly the same condition as you received them including tags and attached seals. They have to be returned within 14 days after the purchased items were delivered. They can not be washed or damaged. We accept 1 item maximum per purchase.
K. Return procedure
- Notify the customer service by e-mail at info@jessielecomte.com
- You will receive a return document and the instructions via e-mail
- You must mention the full description and reference of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return on the document
- Send the item to the return address, the shipping costs are paid by the customer, you can chose one of the following postal operator : DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT.
- After reception and approval of item, PERFUME BV will send a receipt confirmation by e-mail
- When your returned item have been approved by PERFUME BV, you will be refunded

L. Refund policy
Please mention a bank account number on your return document, the refund will be transferred within 14 working days after reception of the returned item.
We do not refund shipping costs and taxes of the returned item.
M. Security
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage that is on a secure server behind a firewall. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. N. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of use are established in accordance with and governed by Belgian law and Belgian Courts. Brussels Court will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising thereof. The laws of your country may differ from Belgian laws.
